Terms and Conditions

Local Postpaid

1、Special Monthly fee: included rebate offered. Standard monthly fee will be charged after contract period.

2、The uploading and downloading data service speed relies on third party service providers. The actual data connection speed will vary subject to different factors, including network volume status, server transmission speed, ambient environmental, computer hardware, software and other external factors. Mobile data service is applicable only to the device selected and does not include any kind of connection for Internet tethering.

3、Voice service is only supported in Hong Kong and Macao; China is not applicable. Thereafter Hong Kong and Macao voice charges are $0.6/minute.

4、Customer should make prepayment of the standard monthly fee for the first month.

5、Customers are entitled to have free value-added service(VAS) during contract period. Customers shall pay for the VAS monthly charges, which announce at that moment if they do not cancel the service after service after promotion period.

6、Sending SMS by Hong Kong Number to other MB customers is free. The charge of sending SMS from Hong Kong Number to customers of other operators in Hong Kong is HKD 0.6 / SMS; sending to China number from Hong Kong Number is HKD 0.6 / SMS.

7、The airtime included can only be used in Hong Kong(unless otherwise specified). For Hong Kong Number’s roaming service, only Macao is applicable. Other countries or areas are not supported. For the roaming rates, please visit the MB’s web site, www.multi-byte.com.

8、Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute (unless otherwise specified) .

9、The free minutes included in the first month of activation are prorated based on the number of days between the activation day and the cutoff day. The balance minutes of that month cannot be carried forward to the next month.

10、If the service is suspend or terminated, all the offers within the services plan that signed by customers will be cancelled, customers will not get any compensation.

11、In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese shall prevail.

12、Multibyte Info Technology Limited shall be entitled to vary the terms and conditions and the offers in this Supplemental Agreement without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Multibyte Info Technology Limited shall be final and binding on the Customer.

Dual SIM

1、Special Monthly fee: included rebate offered. Standard monthly fee will be charged after contract period.

2、According to the rules and policy of Mainland China, some web sites may be unable to visit.

3、If the calls are diverted from HK Number to the China Number, it will charge HKD 0.3 per min. If the calls are diverted from China Number to the HK Number, it will charge HKD 0.5 per min.

4、Voice service is only supported in Hong Kong and Macao; China is not applicable. Thereafter Hong Kong and Macao voice charges is $0.6/minute.

5、Call waiting and conference call are applicable for Hong Kong number; China number is not supported. Customers are entitled to have free value-added service(VAS) during contract period. Customers shall pay for the VAS monthly charges, which announce at that moment if they do not cancel the service after service after promotion period.

9、For international roaming services, roaming rates apply. Roaming charges will be calculated once customers start receiving the call. If the recipients cannot receive the call or line busy, roaming call still be charged. Roaming service relies on the roaming service providers and the network operator of the recipient. For Hong Kong Number’s roaming service, only Macao is only applicable. Other countries or areas are not supported. For the roaming rates, please visit the MB’s web site, www.multi-byte.com.
